Today, 23 Year 10 students had the fantastic opportunity to visit the University of Birmingham as part of our ongoing programme to raise aspirations and explore future pathways.

The visit included a guided tour of the university campus, giving students a real insight into what studying at university is like. They also took part in a Q&A session with current university students, who shared their experiences, offered advice, and answered questions about university life.

Students attended informative sessions covering the university application process, student finance and funding opportunities, and the many benefits of higher education. They learned about the support available to students, the wide range of courses on offer, and the opportunities that university life can provide both academically and personally.

The day was an excellent opportunity for our students to explore their future options, gain a better understanding of higher education, and be inspired by current students who have successfully taken this next step in their educational journey.
