This week, selected KS3 pupils attended the Big Bang Fair at the NEC in Birmingham. Pupils got to see and take part in experiments and workshops in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and learn about careers relating to each subject. At the fair, there were flying footballs; robotic dogs; BBC broadcasting stations; dry ice-powered tracks; plant sensors; virtual reality games and AI technologies… just to name a few! It was a brilliant afternoon that pupils and staff both enjoyed. Well done all!
