On November 11^th, Bloxwich Academy Secondary and Years 4 and 5 from our Primary site honoured those who served and sacrificed in times of conflict. Pupils, staff and the Combined Cadet Force gathered in reflection to pay tribute to the bravery and resilience of our service men and women throughout history. The event was led by the Bloxwich Academy Combined Cadet Force where cadets shared messages of gratitude whilst a two-minute silence was observed to remember those who have fallen. The parade marks the culmination of work done over the last week in lessons where we have looked into the importance of remembrance and why it is such an important time of the year in the United Kingdom.
