Upon pupils’ return on Monday 31st October all pupils should have full equipment, including a bag big enough
to carry an A4 folder. They should ensure they have a fully equipped pencil case and carry their academy
planner around every day. Please note, stationery can be purchased from our school shop so no pupil should be
unprepared for their school work.
Please see below a list of our uniform requirements that must be adhered to:
- Black blazer with school badge
- White polyester/cotton shirt
- School Tie, displaying six stripes (house colours)
- Black school trousers (NOT ‘skinny fit’ or ‘drainpipe’ style)
- Black school skirt (MUST be of knee length)
- Black tights (NO patterns)
- Black school Shoes (NO canvas pumps or trainers)
- Large school bag (big enough for an A4 folder)
- No nose studs (or a clear transparent one)
- Earrings should be a single stud in the ear lobe
- We do not advise pupils bring any jewellery and the most we permit is one small ring (no sovereign) and no bracelets. For more information on what is acceptable uniform please visit: https://bloxwichacademy.co.uk/secondary-uniform/
- We do recommend this before purchasing new shoes as retailers sometimes have different ideas on what is seen as school footwear.
Please note that pupils failing to meet the standards that are expected on uniform and being ready to learn, with
appropriate equipment, will face sanctions such as being placed in Reflection or detentions.
