Do you have a special talent you wish to showcase at our next big live event? You will have the chance to perform on stage in front of a live audience in Birmingham in the state-of-the-art theatre at Millennium Point on Thursday 15th May 2025 at our annual pupil awards evening. On Thursday 28th November all the schools from across Matrix Academy Trust came together to celebrate the Performing Arts. It was a spectacular display of talent, showcasing their skills in dance, drama, and music. Pupils at Bloxwich Academy will join millions of people across the UK learning about the impact of road crashes and celebrating the work of people who support after a road crash, during this year’s Road Safety Week. Organised by Brake, the road safety charity, Road Safety Week 2024 runs from 17–23 November, beginning with the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on Sunday 17 November. Trust Remembrance Service

Our pupils and staff have been considering remembrance. Each year, as a country, we join to consider the sacrifices and efforts made to protect our British values. Throughout conflicts over the years, the men and women who have given their all to ensure our individual liberty and freedom of speech remain intact. On Friday 8th November, Matrix Academy Trust held their annual trust wide remembrance service. Milo-Fox is taking part in the Combat Stress Cycle September challenge! This year Milo-Fox will be taking on Cycle September With his Mom and Dad and cycling 250 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans. Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
